Officer Retreat: Through out June 16- June 18, a group of talented and enthusiastic FFA officers went to Lake Almanor for the FFA officer retreat. Their interests were clearly displayed by their actions. From the morning till at night the group planned creative ideas for the 2010- 11 Davis FFA Chapter. According to Matthew Kinkle, the treasurer “ The mountains give me energy to work compassionately on creating a better chapter for FFA members”. The group went through interesting and thought provoking 3 hours work sessions every day for three days. Even when the group was done with the sessions the group still talked about creative ideas for the future. According to Yousef Buzayan, the vice president, " The vacation was the best opportunity to meet with fellow officer." The officer retreat was a mix of fun and work.
